Ashta Yoga Valley (formely known as Amit Yoga & Reiki Centre) is based in the sacred and beautiful Himalayas of Mcleodganj at Dharamshala, Himachal pradesh, India (North). The center offers Yoga Alliance International Certified 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training course from time to time in Mcleodganj, Dharamsala & Arambol Goa. The Yoga TTC program is designed to be a profound personal experience where you will deepen your own practice, gain knowledge and self-awareness, and be certified to safely and confidently teach others in the Ashtanga style of yoga. The center also offers Daily Drop-in Yoga Classes, Yoga Intensive course and Alingment for Yoga teachers course, reiki Healing & Training, Meditation Course, NLP certified practitioners course and Prayanama courses are also imparted.
